My stay at the hotel was a mix of good and not-so-good experiences. The rooms were nice, clean, and spacious, but there was dust everywhere, and my room wasn't ready until late afternoon. The service was great, with super-fast and personable staff, providing excellent service, and the property was well-maintained. The location was amazing, close to other attractions, but there were some issues with accessing certain areas due to weather conditions. The dining experience was overall good, although there were minor hiccups with service and food quality. However, despite the drawbacks, I enjoyed my stay overall.
